From Oberreute through the upper Hausbachklamm

Don't forget snacks and drinks for a break along the way.

From the tourist office, follow the signpost for Unterreute, Längene, Hausbachklamm (yellow-white markings) across the parking lot of the neighboring Landhotel Krone. In the Hausbachklamm going upstream, follow the sign for "Upper Hausbachklamm" (white-red-white markings).

At the level of the adventure playground (watch out for the zip line crossing), follow the signpost for Oberreute over streams (yellow-white markings). At one point, the hiking trail almost passes through the garden of a detached house (approved by the family), then continues over the meadow and at the border of the riding stable on the left back to the main road. Follow the road uphill for a few meters back to the starting point.

The train station for the community of Oberreute is in Oberstaufen. From this station, there is a direct connection to Oberreute.
